* Shipping costs are listed on each item listing and are based on Packaging, Labor (Handling) and the freight cost to the contiguous United States only (48 states). WE do not allow local pickups.
* All shipping is done via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
* INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: we now include calculated shipping via USPS Priority Mail International or Express Mail Service to many countries!
* Delivery time ranges from 1-14 business days (U.S. only). Can be longer for International deliveries.
* Items will be shipped within 4 business days of the payment received date.

Simply let us know within 7 days of your intent to return an item. Of course all items must be returned in the condition received (unused with the tags still on them please!) to be eligible for a refund. Your refund will be processed once the product has been received in our Returns Department. Credits are usually issued that same day! Unfortunately we do not refund shipping costs.
